Turmeric and Gram flour also help in remove tanning. Full fat milk will help in giving you that glowing looking skin. If you are Vegan you can use Rose Water instead. Many brides in India do this before their wedding all over their body to get that radiant looking skin! Do this method once to three times a week depending on how sensitive your skin is.
