I've been using these 2 🅢🅣🅔🅟🅢 for a few years & in my case, after 2 washes using this process, the dandruff is almost 🅔🅝🅣🅘🅡🅔🅛🅨 🅖🅞🅝🅔. ______________________ I͜͡N͜͡G͜͡R͜͡E͜͡D͜͡I͜͡E͜͡N͜͡T͜͡S͜͡ STEP 1: • 2-3 Aspirin tablets (depending on hair length) • Shampoo Crush the Aspirin into a fine powder & mix it w your regular shampoo. This is one of my favorite ways to get plump/soft lips using products you probably have in your kitchen! 👄 ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ You will need: • 1/4 tsp Coconut oil which will help to moisturize your lips. • Small amount of cinnamon which will naturally plump/exfoliate your lips! ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ Here's what to do: Mix both ingredients together and apply all over lips. Gently massage the mixture on lips (this will exfoliate the lips) and leave mixture on for 3-5 minutes. ✨ACNE FACE WASH✨ There is so much misinformation about acne & so many myths that unfortunately contribute to making acne worse, so I will continue making this a priority-topic. Because nothing more worked for ME (everybody is different), my Dr. recommended Accutane. Which I took, then had to take again bc the acne came back with vengeance, I needed cortisone 💉. Today I still get breakouts, but through an extraordinary amount of time spent educating myself, I've been able to keep things under control. You can use this every evening & store for 7 days. ____________ 1 cup Organic Coconut Oil 6 capsules Activated Charcoal 2 tablespoons Pure Baking Soda 5 drops Rosemary Oil 3-4 drops Tea tree Oil Mix well & apply on damp skin. This will feel oily, but remember that 1 of the top acne myths is that you should dry out the skin. Massage the mixture in & leave on for a few minutes so it seeps in & cleans out the pores. Rinse off with a cloth & lukewarm 💦. Follow with your usual routine. The lauric acid in coconut oil has antibacterial properties. Coconut oil binds with the excess sebum & surface dirt, drawing out impurities from pores while hydrating the skin with vitamin E & omega-3 fatty acids. Since it's considered a 4 on the comedogenicity scale (which measures from 0-5 how pore-clogging an ingredient is), what You need to figure out is if you can simply rinse off with 💦, or need a mild (non foam) cleanser afterwards as well. For activated charcoal, experts believe that when dirt & oil in the pores come in contact with the carbon, they will stick to it then get washed away when rinsing. Sodium bicarbonate has mild antiseptic properties & an incredible ability to fight off fungus & bacteria, while exfoliating the skin. The oils help unblock the sebaceous glands & dry out whiteheads, blackheads & pimples. WASH YOUR HAIR WITH MUD to STOP OILY HAIR! 🐿 🍳Is ur hair really oily? In the summer esp, my hair gets oilier faster :( Mud cleans ur hair BEAUTIFULLY!! DONT go out and dig some mud from the yard to wash your hair (its not that kinda mud)! ALL YOU NEED: ✅BENTONITE CLAY (the tub im using in this video is 1 POUND of clay for $11) you can also use the indian aztec healing clay for this as well ✅WATER (free) 🍦Mix the two until creamy it should spray out of a hair colour applicator bottle ($3 from beauty supply store) - the bottle should have a cap so u can seal it and keep it in your shower to reuse! - i personally try to use this in place of shampoo as much as i can! I try not to wash my hair as much, but lets say I wash my hair twice a month, one of those two times will be with this, and the other with shampoo 💆🏽Apply to scalp ONLY (do this in the shower since its replacing shampoo) leave on for a few mins (do what u gotta do in the shower) rinse out condition - i use agave (i have a vid on this..its in the same row as this vid, 5 vids down) 💁🏽Continue living your life The cool thing about this “shampoo" is that you can use it to wash your face too! 😍your hair will not get as oily and your scalp will be SO HEALTHY. healthy scalp = healthy hair FOR ALL HAIR TYPES!
